Terms of Use
These terms apply to Market Calls, operated by Boole Markets, including its AI conversations, wallet, trading and Turbo features. By using a feature, you agree to the terms that apply to it. Read the Privacy Policy for how information is handled.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally entitled to use each feature and venue in your location. Access to the app does not establish eligibility to trade leveraged products. Venue, geographic, sanctions and other restrictions can differ by feature. Do not bypass restrictions, use another person's account or use the service where prohibited. You are responsible for applicable permissions, reporting and taxes.
No personal financial advice
AI conversations, narratives, notifications, rankings and market data are general information, may be incomplete or wrong, and are not personalised financial, investment, legal or tax advice. We do not assess whether a position, token or level of leverage is suitable for you or guarantee any outcome. A listing, Buy button, price chart, alert or broker commentary is not a promise of safety or profitability. You make and remain responsible for your trading decisions.
Wallet control and your authorisations
Your main wallet is created in your Turnkey sub-organisation. Turnkey manages its keys; the application server does not hold its private key. Your sign-in and device credentials control access, and you are responsible for protecting them. Different sign-in providers can create different accounts and wallets. We cannot reverse confirmed transactions or guarantee recovery of lost access.
Optional Auto Buy or copy-trading features use the separate wallet and scoped permissions you enable. A scoped service credential can sign permitted actions for that wallet while you are away, according to your settings. Separately, any venue-specific delegated trading authority has its own limits. Review and revoke permissions you no longer need. Revocation does not undo actions already signed or executed.
Turbo currently requires your authorisation for each financial operation. Tapping a Long, Short, Close or transfer control can authorise that exact action without a second confirmation. The first transfer can include account setup followed by the approved deposit. An admission or authentication session is not a blanket permission to make new trades. An approved action may still complete after a timeout, disconnection or leaving the screen; check its status before trying again. Closing the app does not close a position.
Trading through third-party protocols
Market Calls provides an interface to third-party protocols and venues, including Jupiter and Relay for swaps, Hyperliquid where offered, and Cardboard for Turbo. Transactions may use Solana, Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain, the Robinhood chain or other explicitly supported networks. Execution, settlement and deposited funds depend on the relevant protocol and blockchain. Depositing from a self-custodial wallet into a protocol places those funds under the protocol's rules and smart contracts; self-custody does not remove that risk.
We do not guarantee a quote, price, fill, liquidation threshold, confirmation time or withdrawal. You must review the asset, chain, destination, amount, fees and permissions before authorising. Confirmed on-chain transactions are irreversible. Tokens can lose all value, liquidity can disappear and contracts can be defective or malicious.
Turbo: Cardboard / Paper.trade and extreme leverage risk
Turbo currently routes live trading to Cardboard on Solana, using USDC collateral. It offers BTC, ETH and SOL price exposure with leverage presets that currently include 100×, 500× and 1000×, subject to live availability and protocol limits. The separate Paper.trade/PaperTrade integration is currently disabled for Turbo. If Paper.trade or another venue is subsequently offered and identified in the app, the same extreme-risk warnings apply alongside that venue's own rules. Turbo positions are real financial exposure, not practice balances or ownership of the underlying BTC, ETH or SOL.
- Total and rapid loss: leverage magnifies adverse moves. At 1000×, an adverse price move of approximately 0.1%, or less once protocol buffers and fees are considered, can consume a position's margin. Liquidation can happen before you can respond, even during an outage or while the app is closed. Repeated losses can exhaust your entire deposited balance.
- Liquidation and execution: displayed prices, P&L and liquidation estimates may lag or differ from the venue's executable oracle and final settlement. A Close tap, warning, notification or any risk-control setting does not guarantee execution before liquidation or cap your losses.
- Non-linear payouts and fees: gains are not necessarily margin multiplied by leverage and the displayed price change. Cardboard's payout curve, available depth, winning exposure, deadband, charges and settlement rules can reduce a positive result. Fees and network costs can apply even when a trade loses money. The rules and parameters may change.
- Liquidity and withdrawal: wallet USDC, available Turbo balance, locked margin and pending or queued payouts are different. Closing a position may create a claim or queued payment rather than immediately withdrawable funds. Withdrawals depend on available settled funds, the protocol, network and required fees. Displayed equity is not a guarantee of immediate withdrawal.
- Protocol and infrastructure: smart-contract defects or upgrades, oracle errors or manipulation, compromised permissions, relayer or node outages, congestion, insufficient SOL for fees or account rent, stablecoin depegging or freezes, and pool or counterparty failure can prevent trading or withdrawals and cause partial or total loss of funds. Our checks cannot eliminate these risks.
- No protection promise: do not rely on AI, past returns, a token narrative, a referral, a protocol review or the app's risk checks as an assurance that Turbo is safe. We do not promise profit, principal protection, reimbursement or insurance for trading losses.
By choosing to fund or trade Turbo, you acknowledge these risks, that you understand the selected leverage and that you can bear the entire amount at risk. Do not use borrowed money or funds needed for living expenses. Venue restrictions and applicable law continue to apply even if the interface is technically reachable. Review the current venue's information at Cardboard; any separately offered Paper.trade venue must be identified before use.
Fees, network costs and taxes
Our current spot-swap service fee is 1%. This is not a statement of Turbo's fee schedule. Protocol, venue, routing, network, account-rent and any disclosed service or referral charges are separate and can differ by feature. Use the quote and fee information shown for the action you authorise; estimates are not a guarantee of final costs. Cardboard may charge on settlement, including losing or liquidated trades, and its payout rules affect the amount returned.
Gas sponsorship is discretionary and feature-specific. Turbo can require SOL in your own wallet for transaction fees and account rent; spot-trade sponsorship does not mean Turbo is gasless. Executed transaction costs generally cannot be reversed. You are responsible for taxes and reporting; we do not provide tax advice.
Acceptable use and security
Do not attempt unauthorised access, abusive automation, account farming, exploitation of gas sponsorship or rewards, interference with others, market manipulation, money laundering, sanctions evasion or other unlawful conduct. Do not submit another person's credentials or private information without authority. We may investigate linked accounts and wallet or network signals, apply limits, suspend features or restrict abusive accounts. Contact Support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
We will never ask you to send a private key, seed phrase or recovery phrase to support. Verify token contracts, chains and withdrawal addresses yourself. You are responsible for keeping your device and sign-in secure and reporting suspected unauthorised access promptly.
Deleting an account or losing access
Deleting the app, signing out or deleting your account does not close positions, withdraw collateral, settle a queued claim or cancel a signed transaction. Close positions and withdraw funds from all venues, including Turbo and any separate automated wallet, before removing wallet access. Some records remain to preserve access to funds, reconcile operations or meet applicable requirements, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Availability, changes and responsibility
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may change or suspend features, supported venues or eligibility, including for security, legal or operational reasons. We cannot promise uninterrupted access or the ability to exit a position during a suspension. Where practicable, we will give notice of material changes; urgent protective changes may take effect immediately.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and liability for trading losses, lost profits and indirect damages arising from market moves, liquidation, protocol failures, delayed or failed execution, loss of access or your authorisations. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. These terms do not create a deposit guarantee or an obligation to reimburse a losing trade.
