Website Privacy Policy

Last updated October 21, 2026
In brief: the website runs the same AI conversation as the app, but with no account. There is nothing to sign in to, and the only thing we ever ask you for is an email address — and only if you want telling when the iPhone app is out.

This policy covers the public information and legal pages at calls.boole.markets and the interactive website at broker.boole.markets. Visiting a legal page does not start a conversation or enable trading. The iOS app, including Turbo, is covered by the app privacy policy. The separate marketing site has its own policy.

What we collect

Our hosting and edge-security provider Cloudflare receive IP addresses, request headers and security signals when serving these pages. On the interactive website we also process the text, token identifiers and public links you submit, and microphone audio if you start a voice call. A randomly generated anonymous browser session identifier. Market searches and interactions. Limited technical request information such as IP address and timestamps, needed for security and service operation.

There is no account. The website has no sign-in, no password, no profile and no name attached to anything. We do not know who you are.

Email address, only if you ask us to write to you

The site offers to tell you once, when the iPhone app reaches the App Store. If you leave an address for that, we store the address and the date you left it, and nothing else — no name, no profile, and no connection to your browsing session. It is used to send that single message. We do not send marketing, we do not sell or share the list, and the list is deleted once the launch message has gone out. Ask us to remove your address at any time through the support form.

How we use it

To operate the conversation, transcribe speech, generate and speak replies, provide market information, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, respond to support requests, and maintain service security.

AI service providers

Your submitted text, token identifiers, public links and microphone audio are sent securely to our server and may then be processed by service providers including OpenRouter, Deepgram, and xAI for transcription, AI response generation, and speech. They process the data to provide these functions; we do not permit its use for our advertising or cross-site tracking.

Support messages

Support requests, in-app feedback and content reports are sent to our private Slack workspace for operator review. A reply email address, if you supply one on the support form, is included so we can respond. Our server copy is kept for up to 90 days; Slack retains its copy according to our workspace settings.

Retention

Conversations on the website are held against the anonymous browser session and cleared as routine housekeeping within days rather than kept indefinitely; there is no account for them to belong to. Call audio is processed in transit and is not written to server storage. Support requests may be retained for up to 90 days so we can respond. An email address left for the launch notice is kept only until that notice has been sent, and then deleted.

Cookies

One secure, HTTP-only anonymous session cookie lasting up to 30 days, which is what lets a conversation continue across a page reload. If a private access gate is enabled, an access cookie lasting up to 12 hours. These legal pages do not load advertising or session-replay tags. The iOS Meta SDK and marketing-site measurement are described in their separate policies.

Market data

The site displays public market prices, charts, token names and token artwork obtained from data providers, along with public posts about a token shown as context. It has no brokerage connection, exchange connection, or wallet connection.

Your choices

Clearing your browser cookies ends the anonymous session. Use the support form to ask about anything held against a session, or to have an email address removed from the launch list.

Not the app

The website has no push notifications, no Share extension, no sign-in, and no account deletion screen — because it has no account. Those all belong to the iOS app and are described in its privacy policy.
